What's included in the retainer?
Monthly retainer covers hosting, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and small maintenance updates (text changes, image swaps, minor styling tweaks). It's everything you need to keep your site running smoothly without thinking about it.
What if I need bigger changes?
Major redesigns, new pages, new features, or significant layout changes are quoted separately at our hourly rate of $100/hour. Your retainer covers the day-to-day stuff—we'll always discuss larger projects with you first.
Do I have to pay a retainer?
Nope. The retainer is completely optional. You own your site outright after the build. If you want to handle maintenance yourself or just call us when you need something, that's totally fine. We charge $100/hour for one-off work.
What if I don't want ongoing maintenance?
That's the beauty of our model—you own your site. No subscriptions required. You can host it yourself, maintain it yourself, or come back to us whenever you need help at our hourly rate.
How does payment work?
We require 25% upfront to begin work, with the remaining 75% due upon completion before launch. For retainer clients, billing is monthly.
